This is the first-ever, inaugural posting on our firm's weblog! Coincidentally, this morning I had the privilege of arguing the first motion ever to be heard in the new wing of the Gilchrist County Courthouse in Trenton, FL. The new facility will be enjoyed by lawyers, judges and participants for years to come. Thanks to Judge Philman for arranging a photo of the occasion.

In the future, we plan to use this space to provide updates on issues involving no-fault law and related areas. Thank you for your interest, and be sure to check back often for future installments.
